Work group

Work distribution is through the City. It is also through the State. There are Federal Jobs that are not service jobs and are still classified as Welfare.

The reason why I forced the new Federal work distribution is to correct some of the contentious issue through the State where work orders where not delivered.

Staffing agencies opr. inner city should see to it that work gets done. Federal work is rare but a big cake will stay the ticket for months. Am general not happy with recent development at the Federal level. The States are not leading by example...
